SheBuildsWaves was founded by Bolanle Williams-Olley as a collective for women making their mark in architecture, engineering, and construction — industries where women's voices have historically been underrepresented.
Through Wave Worthy Chats, Quarterly Conversations, and a community built on honesty and ambition, we created space for women to speak, strategize, and grow together.
Why It Mattered
Professional fulfillment doesn't come from working harder in silence. It comes from having your voice heard, your strategy aligned, and your community behind you.
